Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

Run-time error 91 when trying to save a quote.

Cause:

QuoteWerks is attempting to create or update an opportunity in ACT!, but ACT! is not currently running.

Solution:

Launch ACT! and try again. You may need to close and reopen QuoteWerks.
