What does Run Time Error 339 mean?

Solution:
If you receive a runtime error 339, this typically means that the control files necessary to run QuoteWerks are not registered or installed. To remedy this, you will need to exit all programs that you have running including any virus checkers, instant messangers, pop-up blockers and other programs in your system tray. Then, navigate to where QuoteWerks is installed and run the NSETUP.EXE file located in the root of the QuoteWerks directory. Finally, reboot your workstation.

If you still experience the same problem, Select the UtiltiesCheck File Versions menu, and email technical Support ( support@quotewerks.com ) the results by selecting the Ed-itCopy to Clipboard menu in the utility. (If you cannot start QuoteWerks, then you can also run this utility by running the checkver.exe program located in the QuoteWerks directory)
