Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Opening the database in a newer version of Access prompts for a conversion of the database. (Do NOT convert the database).

Cause:
QuoteWerks 3.0 stores all of it's data in a Microsoft Access 97 database format, so if you convert any of the QuoteWerks 3.0 databases to an Access database version that is newer than 97, QuoteWerks 3.0 will no longer be able to use the database.

Solution:
Please note that you can open an Access 97 database using Access 2000. You can also make data changes to an Access 97 database using Access 2000 without converting it to an Access 2000 database.

Access 2000 displays a rather misleading message to this effect which is the cause of the confusion leading users to believe they cannot edit an Access 97 database using Access 2000 without converting the Access 97 database to Access 2000 format.
