Question:
How do I manage users rights.

Solution:
1. You can specify which menu options in QuoteWerks are visible to each user
2. You can also choose who can view, modify, and delete each user's quotes, and
3. you can also assign access rights to each user such as not allowing the user to delete products from the product database, and more.

Notes:
To set the security rights for a user select the UtililitiesUser Maintenance menu, select the user login name, and select the [Edit] button. From the User Properties window that is displayed, you will see the security options on the Menu, Documents, and Access tabs.
