Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When one of our users logs into QW, he gets a Runtime Error 380: "The Pane's dimensions could not be changed."

Cause:
A corrupted user.ini file

Solution:
1. In the {username}.ini file for this user located in the \QuoteWerks directory,
find all entries that begin with:

frmLPI.

and remove them from the ini file
2. Save the file
3. Restart QuoteWerks

Notes:
The ini file used for the {username}.ini file is displayed on the bottom left of
the window that is displayed when you login as this user and then select the
Tools-My Preferences menu.
