QuoteWerks Links to QuickBooks and Peachtree
QuoteWerks offers a link that enables you to convert your QuoteWerks quotes, orders, and invoices to QuickBooks accounting software Estimates, Invoices, or Sales Orders. This link is included with the purchase of the QuoteWerks Professional or Corporate Editions. If you have the QuoteWerks Professional or Corporate Edition installed, there will be a Tools|Export to QuickBooks menu.
The QuoteWerks link to QuickBooks was designed with the goal of making it easier to get your quoting information into your accounting software. To use QuoteWerks with QuickBooks, you need to first configure QuoteWerks with the particulars of how you setup your QuickBooks company file.
You can use the QuoteWerks QuickBooks Link to convert QuoteWerks documents into QuickBooks Estimates, Invoices and Sales Orders.

QuoteWerks offers a module in the Professional and Corporate Editions that enables you to convert your QuoteWerks documents to Peachtree accounting software sales orders/invoices, and purchase orders. If you have the QuoteWerks Professional or Corporate Edition installed, there will be a Tools|Export to Peachtree menu.
The QuoteWerks link to Peachtree was designed with the goal of making it easier to get your quoting information into your accounting software. To use Peachtree with QuoteWerks, you will need to configure QuoteWerks to work with your particular Peachtree setup.
You can use the QuoteWerks Peachtree Link to convert QuoteWerks documents into Peachtree Accounting invoices or sales orders and purchase orders. A corresponding invoice/sales order is created for each QuoteWerks quote. The link also creates a separate purchase order for each vendor included in your QuoteWerks quote. The invoices/sales orders and purchase orders are stored in text files that you then import into Peachtree.

If you do not use QuickBooks or Peachtree for your Accounting
QuoteWerks offers a module in the QuoteWerks Professional and Corporate Editions that enables you to export QuoteWerks documents such as quotes, orders, and invoices to a tab delimited text or XML file.
The QuoteWerks Open Export module was designed to add generic export functionality to QuoteWerks as opposed to the specific export functionality of our QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting links. The Open Export Module can be used to export information out of QuoteWerks into your choice of the industry standard formats of delimited text and XML. Most software can import information formatted as a delimited text file (including accounting software), and many newer applications can import and export XML formatted data. To determine if your accounting software can import information from this format, consult the user’s manual for your accounting software.
