Navigation:  How Do I?... > How do I manually enter a Product/Service to the quote?

Simply type in your product or service information into a blank line item on the DocumentItems tab of the Quote WorkBook.  When a new quote is started, there will always be one blank line, so you can type your information into this line.  If you need to insert a blank line in-between some existing line items, select the line item, and then select the Edit|Insert Blank Line menu.  If you need to add a blank line to the end of the quote, select the Edit|Add Blank line menu.

 

On the blank line item, you can type in the quantity, description, price, etc into the line item.  When blank line items are added to the quote, their default taxability is pulled from the Quote Items tab of the Tools|Options menu.  To change the taxability or other properties of a line item, select the line item, and then select the Edit|Item Properties menu.
