| 1. | Select the File|Print menu. |
| 2. | Click on the Layouts tab, and choose a print layout (print layouts determine what your quote will look like when it is sent to your customer) that you want to use, and click on the [E-mail] button. |
| 3. | The Send E-Mail window will appear. The email address of your customer will be pulled from the Sold To / Ship To tab of the quote workbook and placed into the TO field of the email. Click on the [Send] button to send the e-mail. |
Note: You must setup QuoteWerks with your e-mail settings in order to use this e-mail feature. To do this, select the Internet tab of the Tools|My Preferences menu. This internet tab also allows you to specify if you want to e-mail your quotes in RTF (Microsoft Word compatible) format or PDF (Adobe Acrobat compatible) format.
