When you start QuoteWerks for the first time, it asks you for your company information for registration purposes.  You can change this information later by selecting the Utilities|Change Registration Info menu.  This registration company information is used by the Licensee->XXX fields in the print layout when printing the quote.  These field can be inserted into the print layout.  The table name is Licensee.  For details on modifying print layouts, see the How do I customize the look of the printed quote? topic.
