QuoteWerks Version 4.7 adds enhancements to product selection, quote delivery, customer acceptance, payment receipt, purchasing, and invoicing. With this release, our focus was putting money back in your pocket. This is evident in the new Etilize 2.0 upsell functionality, USA tax rates included free in the Real-time Module, and credit card processing with over 80 payment gateways, and more.

In this webinar, we will review all of the new features in Version 4.7 including Etilize 2.0, QuoteValet Credit Card Payments, Sales Tax, QuickBooks Custom Fields and POs, and even the enhanced formula and new summary lines on the Quote Workbook.

Quickbooks Integration Update for Quickbooks 2012

In Version 4.7 Build 1 (Released November 7, 2011) QuoteWerks is now compatible with Quickbooks 2012 for USA/Canada/UK.

This update adds new features including:

1. You can now create Purchase Orders in QuickBooks.

2. When QuoteWerks creates item definitions in QuickBooks, you can now map fields from the QuoteWerks Document Items to the QuickBooks Item Definition custom fields.

3. When exporting Invoices/Estimates/SalesOrders/PurchaseOrders to QuickBooks, you can now map fields from the QuoteWerks Document Header to QuickBooks Invoice/Estimate/SalesOrder/PurchaseOrder level Custom fields.

4. When exporting Invoices/Estimates/SalesOrders/PurchaseOrders to QuickBooks, you can now map columns/fields from the Document Items tab to the Custom field columns of the line items on the QuickBooks Invoice/Estimate/SalesOrder/PurchaseOrder.

5. For QuickBooks users, QuickBooks custom item fields are now displayed in the QuickBooks product data source and can be mapped to Document Item columns.

6. When QuoteWerks is creating a new QuickBooks item, there is now an option to specify the Preferred Vendor for this new QuickBooks item.

7. For QuickBooks users, when creating Inventory and Non-Inventory items, the manufacturer part number from QuoteWerks populates the ManufacturerPartNumber in the QuickBooks Item definition for QuickBooks.

8. For QuickBooks users, custom fields for the QuickBooks customer are now all displayed in the results when searching for a QuickBooks contact. Also the QuickBooks customer custom fields can be retrieved into the quote using the DataLink feature.
