<b>ORLANDO, FL (PRWEB) November 8, 2011</b> — Aspire Technologies, Inc. today announced the release of QuoteWerks Version 4.7. This release includes enhancements in all areas of the application including product selection, quote delivery, customer acceptance, payment receipt, purchasing, and invoicing. Aspire also announced earlier this quarter that the market share of the software solution has increased to over 64,000 users in over 101 countries. Aspire has seen significant growth in MSPs and VARs utilizing the solution which Aspire attributes to enhancements to their native ConnectWise integration and new integration to Autotask® PSAs. <br />

<br />
<b>QuoteValet 1.3</b><br />
QuoteValet is the online acceptance and delivery vehicle for QuoteWerks. With QuoteValet, QuoteWerks users know when and how often their customers look at the quote they sent. Aspire launched QuoteValet.com in March of 2011 and has already seen over $150 Million in sales quoted by its users. QuoteValet version 1.3 adds payment processing to the acceptance tool. QuoteWerks users no longer have to manually call and wait for payment. Via QuoteValet, a sales professional utilizing QuoteWerks can request full payment, deposits, progress payments, and the remaining balance for orders.<br />
<br />
Aspire surveyed their user base before developing this enhancement to find out what Credit Card Payment Gateways companies had already adopted. This ensures customers will be up and running with QuoteValet payment processing in minutes rather than waiting days for another gateway to approve their application and worse yet, implement the administrative overhead of multiple payment gateways. Due to the feedback Aspire received, QuoteValet will support over 80 Gateways including Authorize.net, QuickBooks Merchant Services, PayPal, and Google Checkout. This release also adds additional QuoteValet features including customer input fields, template enhancements, and more. <br />
<br />
<b>Etilize 2.0 </b><br />
QuoteWerks users in the IT and AV industries can utilize the optional QuoteWerks Etilize Product Content Subscription which initially debuted in April 2010. Etilize 2.0 introduces a completely redesigned user interface with a speed increase of over 7 times and detailed product Spec Sheets. While, the initial release of the Etilize subscription supported North America (USA and Canada), Etilize 2.0 now adds support for UK customers. Etilize 2.0 enables North American users to quickly and easily upsell their customers with optional or required accessories. <br />
<br />
<b>Built-in USA Tax Rate Lookup </b><br />
"Keeping up with changing rates and even looking up tax rates is a time consuming activity creating overhead which is difficult for small businesses to absorb," said Brian Laufer, Vice President at Aspire Technologies. Inc. "Most approaches like looking up rates on individual state tax websites and purchasing access to updated tax rate databases is cost prohibitive."<br />

To solve this problem with an affordable solution, tax rate lookup including breakdown by state, county, city and additional taxes for the given jurisdiction is now available as part of the QuoteWerks Real-time Module. Many QuoteWerks customers already have purchased the Real-time module effectively giving them access to the tax rates at no additional charge or tax rate subscriptions to purchase from 3rd parties. <br />

<b>QuickBooks</b><br />
A significant percentage of the QuoteWerks Community uses QuickBooks for their accounting needs. This release adds QuickBooks functionality that completes the purchasing and payment workflow for accountants and bookkeepers. Purchase orders can now be created within QuickBooks from a single or multiple QuoteWerks Orders. QuoteWerks users can quickly purchase from distributors with the Real-time module (combining QuoteWerks orders to save money on shipping) and send the purchase order to QuickBooks. Payments received via QuoteValet flow seamlessly into QuickBooks as well. QuoteWerks integrates with QuickBooks 2002-2012 for USA, Canadian, UK, and Asia Pacific editions. <br />

Aspire is officially unveiling QuoteWerks Version 4.7 at ConnectWise IT Nation in Orlando, FL this week. This is a free upgrade for QuoteWerks customers with a current UMP. <br />

This step alone reduces duplicate data entry and mistakes that can be created during the quoting process. The new integration taps directly into the Autotask API, replacing the older and less functional extension-based Autotask-to-QuoteWerks integration. With the new Quote Approval and Peer Review features introduced in Version 4.6, organizations now have greater control over their workflow process. The approval requirement enables sales managers to review quotes before their sales reps deliver them to their customers. Thus, ensuring quotes are sent within margin, include optional up-selling items, and quoted items are technically accurate, minimizing the company’s exposure to costly mistakes.<BR><BR>

The approval process when used in conjunction with QuoteValet enables managers with the ability to review and approve quotes anywhere including on their laptop or mobile device such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. Before sales reps request approval, using the automated QuoteWerks Peer Review System, they can have their peers review their quotes to provide them with valuable feedback.
