New
ConnectWise Integration coming February 18, 2010
You probably received an email from our company President,
John Lewe, announcing this new integration. You may remember
Arnie Bellini's, CEO of ConnectWise, call out to John during the
2009 ConnectWise Partner Summit closing session. John spoke with
Arnie and it was determined that after 5 years of ConnectWise
providing the integration to QuoteWerks, it was time for us to
build a ConnectWise link into QuoteWerks.
What does this mean for you? With the new ConnectWise
integration being built into QuoteWerks, it will receive the
same level of attention from the development and our support
teams that you have come to rely on.
What does this mean for us? We need your feedback on
the features and functionality that you would like to see in our version of the integration.
When making suggestions, please be as specific as possible by including
why and how you would use the functionality that
you would like to see (annotated
screenshots and videos go a long way). This is
important to ensure that QuoteWerks development implements them
in a way that will be most effective to you and the thousands of
other ConnectWise users. Please send all suggestions to

QuoteWerks Version 4.5 Now
Available!
At the ConnectWise Partner Summit, people
stopped by our booth and asked, "It seems like QuoteWerks
version 4.0 has been out for a long time. When are you going
to release a new version?"
Great question. The version of QuoteWerks
that you saw at the 2008 ConnectWise Partner Summit had
150 less features than the version you saw this year's
Summit.
QuoteWerks Version 4.5 was released on December 15,
2009.

We had a training class on Wednesday during
the 2009 Summit which covered many topics important to the
ConnectWise community. We know not everyone could attend as
it was first come first serve and filled up quickly. We
promise next year, we will have a larger class. We were able
to record the training and it is available for you to
view here on the ConnectWise Community page.
You can
download the commission report that we worked on in
the training class. This report splits commission
between hardware and service items.
