More Volume Pricing/ Customer based price levels with modifiers

With Version 4.0, QuoteWerks now supports 15 levels.  Also, each price level price can be automatically calculated as a discount from list price or markup from cost.  Before with QuoteWerks 3.0, only 10 levels were supported, and only manually entered fixed price amounts were supported.
