Quote/Order/Invoice Revisions

With Version 4.0, QuoteWerks now supports revisions.  This new feature will allow you to open up a saved quote, make changes, and then save it as a revision.  QuoteWerks will then automatically save the quote with a new quote number that has either a numeric or an alpha suffix (like –01 or –A).  When converting quotes to orders, all revisions are now automatically flagged as superseded.  You can easily view the history of all revisions giving you a complete overview and control over all the revisions.  In Version 3.0, you had to manually create revisions with the File Save As option which did not automatically number the revisions, or close them when converting quotes to orders. This limited your ability to accurately report on revisions and history of prior saved quotes.
