Support
for Peachtree 2011, Maximizer 11, and GoldMine 9.0!
In Version 4.5
Build 7 of QuoteWerks, support was added for
Peachtree 2011 Quantum and Complete
Accounting programs.
Additionally, support was added for
Maximizer 11 and GoldMine 9.0.

PDF Assembly Available!
A PDF button is now available on the Print
Window in QuoteWerks! This button enables
users to create a single PDF file containing
any selections made from the layout,
literature, spec sheets, or links tab.
Additionally, the file can also be saved and
added to the links tab automatically. |

New Features in ConnectWise Integration
Additional features were added to the ConnectWise include pulling information from the
DataLink such as Tax Rate and Terms, the ability to attach files to the
documents tab of the ConnectWise Opportunity (including the ability to attach a
PDF of the quote or proposal), support to set the ConnectWise Opportunity
Location and Business Unit, support for user defined fields through the
QuoteWerks DataLink and more!

New Context Ref Field and
Notes Fields in QuoteWerks Contact Database
This feature can be used to make
a contextual note about a contact such as how to pronounce the contact's
name, where you met them, list the gender for unisex names, etc. |

New Notes
Field Sections and Insert Heading
The Notes Tab in the Edit Contact
window is now divided into two sections -
TopNotes and Notes. Typically new notes are
added to the Notes field and the older notes
are pushed down in the record. The TopNotes
will always leave important notes on the top
for easy viewing. This is especially useful
for recording things like warnings, notices,
instructions, user id's, account numbers,
and more. Additionally, users
can now use the CTRL-I to
insert a heading reading similar to ***(User
Name)*** Date and Time in the notes tab. |

Grouped Configuration Items and Grouped Bundle Items now support
a "Don't include in Group" option
This capability enables users
to do two different things. First, through the Configurator, the last items
chosen can be formula based line items that are added below the group as regular
line items not actually in the group. The benefit here is that you can add a formula based line item that is 20% of the group header amount. Alternatively, at the end of the Configuration you can create one or more
selection containers and populate it with items that will not be included in the
group, but rather after the group. The real benefit here is that you can build a
configuration that is grouped and then easily choose from a specific list of
other products to add after the group. Without this you would have to go search
the entire product database manually looking for other items to add. With this
feature, you can just choose from the items previously setup in the selection
container. |

Launch QuoteWerks
Remote Assistance Page from QuoteWerks
Pressing the
F12 key launches the Remote Assistance
support page used to begin a remote control
session. This is the same as the
Help->QuoteWerks on the Web->Remote
Assistance menu, just fewer steps.
