QuoteWerks integrates with both Google Contacts and Gmail. QuoteWerks will retrieve contacts that you have stored in Google Contacts and even dynamically link address, phone, and other information that share similar tags. This enables you to have different Sold To and Ship To address information or keep home and business information for contacts separate. The built-in QuoteWerks email client can send emails using your Gmail credentials enabling you to easily see sent emails from QuoteWerks in Gmail history. This will also enable you to easily see all history with your customers and leads in one location.

QuoteWerks pulls Google Contact information into the quote

From our Sold To / Ship To tab of the QuoteWerks quote workbook, with a simple click of a button, QuoteWerks will fill in the contact information in the quote by searching your entire Google Contact database to find the contact that you want to use in the quote.

QuoteWerks Logs e-mails sent from QuoteWerks in Gmail

QuoteWerks has a built-in e-mail client allowing you to e-mail the quote to your customer with a single-click. Your customer’s e-mail address is automatically pulled from the Google contact information, and after the e-mail has been sent the e-mail is logged in Gmail as if you had sent the e-mail from within Gmail itself.
